The head chef and founder of Ocean Seafood Market is one of the foremost culinary talents to come from the Fort Worth area. Previously, they worked at a number of prominent restaurants where they developed their unique style and creative flair. They enjoyed cooking with their parents as a child, and their passion later grew through travel, where they savored the tastes and textures of many different cultures. These experiences, coupled with extensive professional training, makes them one of the most innovative and celebrated chefs today in the seafood market.
